The hotel is just 1.3 miles away from the (still free!) parking garage at Ceasar's Palace which is a great spot to start your sightseeing tour. And even though it is quite close to the Strip they do not charge Resort Fees like all the other hotels this close.

The hotel is a bit dated and the breakfast buffet can get very crowded in the mornings, especially if you go around 9 am, so expect to stand in line! On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and they distribute muffins to make your wait time feel shorter, which I thought was a nice gesture. :)

Breakfast was awesome and the staff was very helpful

Bathroom was a bit beat up. Clean but the shower and base of the sink could use some maintenance. Also not a fan of the coffee set up being in the bathroom.

The comforter on the bed was heavenly. Staff was very accommodating.

The breakfast selections were very good. Having a staff member there cooking the waffles was great! The bed was very comfy!!

At the time we stayed there were two young soccer teams also staying so it was a very busy place and the breakfast area was very congested. It was challenging to get food and find a place to sit and eat.

The property is conveniently located over the bridge from the Las Vegas strip. Good breakfast and overall clean.

We stayed for the New Year's Eve festivities. It was very busy and seemed like they couldn't handle this, breakfast was very chaotic and room cleaning took place late in the afternoon.

Great pool, great free breakfast, very affordable, friendly staff.

The bed and bedding were SO comfortable, the free breakfast was really good, I appreciate the free shuttle to airport and the strip, and it was not smoky and nice and quiet. Great value for the $.

Even though in terms of miles it wasn't far from the strip, Vegas barely has any sidewalks and a lot of times you have to go up long flights of stairs to cross a bridge to cross the street. Even figuring out how to do this can be tricky, so it would have been nicer to be "more in the action" and closer to everything. Also, even though there was free wifi, we were never able to get Youtube to work on our phones. I was there for the Guns n' Roses concert, and we wanted to listen to their music on Youtube beforehand to get "pumped up" for the show.

Customer Service was great. The representatives were knowledgeable and friendly.

The elevators felt unpredictable. Housekeeping coming by at 9:00 a.m. on check out date was uncomfortable.

the breakfast did not have bacon, the porridge was horrible and runny - every time you went to get food or drink you were left to feel like you were stealing something as there were always staff hovering over you when you are trying to get breakfast. The driver never spoke of where he was dropping you off and never greeted you at all.
